Shipping Policy

We always strive to send our products out quickly as possible.  Because all of our products are made to order the turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks.  During the holiday season November-January the turnaround time is 3-4 weeks.   

Return, Exchange, & Canellation Policy

RETURN POLICY:

 

At T.K. Crafts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Each item is handcrafted and MADE TO ORDER for every customer! With that being said, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our shop within 24 hours of delivery. Unworn and unwashed products may be eligible for an exchange within those 24 hours (FOR SHOP ERROR ONLY) We do not reimburse shipping or return fees. 


CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel your order, we ask that our customers submit a request to cancel within 1 HOUR of purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

Each item is handcrafted and MADE TO ORDER for every customer! With that being said, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, NO EXCEPTIONS.   However, if you receive your product and find there was an error with the product you received, then within 24 hours of delivery, you will be entitled to a product exchange.  

 

DISCLAIMER:

All custom orders must be paid for in FULL at the time order is placed. For all large custom orders with a deposit paid; the order must be paid in full by agreed upon completion date/turnaround time. All orders not paid in full by completion date will receive a 5 day grace period; after which a 1% stocking fee of order total will be applied daily to final invoice.
